My Occupation
Artist ~ I draw every day, working in pencil and
charcoal. I literaly can't go anywhere without my portfolio filled with my three sketchbooks. I don't use them all but I need them with in case I need
them and of course I have to have all of my drawing pencils with. :) I mainly stick with drawing forests and fairies as well as other fantasy creatures...
depending on what inspires me or the visions I see in my mind. I enjoy it and I don't know where I'd be without the ability to create.
I write poetry and short stories too... in my mind, poetry and art go hand in hand. A lot of the poems I write actually inspire my drawings and sometimes a drawing inspires the poem. It works both ways. I never really know where my mind is going to take me next, but I don't need to... for the journey I enjoy.
